I joined Slimming World in early January 2019 (read about my weight loss journey here) and I was delighted to finally find a weight loss plan that works! I have lost over 20 pounds and dropped 2 dress sizes in just over 6 months.
I love creating new recipes such as this Red Lentil Soup, my favourite Light Satay Chicken Salad, and THE BEST 10 minute Spaghetti Carbonara!
You will also find crowd-pleasing curries like Curried Prawns, Hearty Vegan Dhal and Chicken Jalfrezi, family favourites like my Spaghetti Bolognese and even a practically sin-free Quark Cheesecake for dessert!
