RECIPE NOTES AND FAQS
How long does it take to cook thighs in an air fryer? Skinless and boneless chicken thighs spread out flat cook in as little as 16 minutes at 190°C (375°F). This can vary depending on your air fryer model and the thickness of the chicken so it is best to check with a meat thermometer.
• If you don’t have all of the marinade ingredients there’s no need to panic! I love the combination of sweet (the honey), salty (soy sauce) and Dijon mustard for some tanginess and spice. You can easily leave one of these elements out without compromising the overall taste too much. Same goes for the ground spices I have specified – you can simply use a spice blend instead such as Cajun seasoning.
• Leftover air fryer chicken thighs can be stored for up to three days and reheated in the air fryer or the microwave. They are at their best when freshly made however.
