Instant Pot Recipes

Are you an Instant Pot lover? Me too! In this category you will find healthy soups, warming stews and mouthwatering desserts all made in a pressure cooker.

Can I tempt you with a healthy vegan Sweet Potato, Chickpea and Red Lentil Soup? How about Greek favourites like Lamb Kleftiko, Giouvetsi or Kokinisto? For chocolate lovers there’s perhaps the ultimate chocoholic dessert Instant Pot Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes.

A bowl of aromatic chicken curry garnished with cilantro and a cinnamon stick, served with yellow rice, lime wedges, and a small bowl of red chili flakes evokes the rich flavors found in dishes like Lamb Dhansak.
