A collage of Irish dishes including pie, mashed potatoes, sliced meat, stew, bread, cake, and drinks, with text: 10+ Irish Recipes For St Patrick’s Day—mains, sides, desserts & drinks.

Every March, as St. Patrick’s Day rolls around, my kitchen starts smelling of Guinness, slow-cooked beef and freshly baked brown bread. Being Irish by association (my in-laws were born in Dublin), I’ve developed a real soft spot for hearty stews, flaky pies and, of course, anything generously laced with Baileys.

This collection of Irish and Irish-inspired recipes pulls together my favorite ways to celebrate: Fuss-free air fryer corned beef, cosy casseroles and decadent desserts you can make ahead without breaking a sweat.

Whether you’re cooking a full Irish-inspired feast or just fancy something a bit more exciting than green stout, you’ll find recipes here that are truly special!
