| 2 measures | scant 2 fl oz dark rum
Duppy Share or Mount Gay are good options
or Triple Sec
frozen ones are fine
extra raspberries to garnish
lemon peel to garnish
Put the rum, lemon juice, Cointreau, sugar syrup, raspberries and plenty of ice in your cocktail shaker.
Shake really hard – the raspberries will be muddled as a result – and double strain into a tall glass filled with ice (I used a rocks glass instead).
Garnish with extra raspberries or some twisted lemon peel and sip through a straw.
