Air Fryer Brie and Cranberry Bites! Looking for a holiday appetizer that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser and earn rave reviews? These Air Fryer Brie and Cranberry Puff Pastry bites are the perfect finger food for holiday parties, combining flaky puff pastry with creamy cheese in one very easy recipe.
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge to come to room temperature for a few minutes.
375 g (13oz) puff pastry sheet
Unroll the pastry, keeping it on the paper it came rolled into. Use a pizza wheel or sharp knife to cut the pastry into squares (12 large or 24 smaller squares).
Mist the muffin tray with cake release or oil spray. Place a puff pastry square in each hole, lightly flattening the middle with your fingertips. Brush with the beaten egg.

Place a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the pastry and top with a cube of brie.
100 g (3 ½ oz) whole cranberry sauce, 200 g (7oz) brie
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and bake, in batches, for about 8 minutes or until the puff pastry is puffed and golden and the cheese has melted.
Rest for a minute then use tongs to remove from the muffin tray. Repeat with the remaining pastry.
Serve warm, garnished with a sprig or rosemary or some fresh thyme.
