45g| 1.5oz raw cacao powder(can replace with unsweetened cocoa powder)

75g| 2.6oz dried cranberries
75g| 2.6oz raw nuts of choice, roughly chopped (pistachios or almonds work well)
raw cacao powder, mixed seeds, desiccated coconut, flaked almonds, orange zest to coat
Instructions
Put the dates and prunes in a bowl and add the orange juice and zest. Leave to soften for 10 minutes.
Blitz the dates, prunes, coconut oil, raw cacao powder and ground cinnamon in a food processor or Vitamix until they form a sticky paste. Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
Place your choice of coatings in small shallow plates. Form walnut sized truffles and then roll in the coating of your choice. Store in the fridge.
Notes: For a less sticky texture, add a large handful of raw almonds to the mix.
