Slice the onion and peppers and cut the chicken intro strips. Use a sharp knife to cut the corn kernels off the cob. If you are using canned corn, drain well first.
450 g (1 pound) chicken breasts, or chicken thighs, 1 white onion, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 corn cob
Add all the ingredients to the basket of your air fryer (remove the rack if is detachable). Drizzle with the oil and add all the spices and seasoning. Mix well to coat the ingredients in the spices.
