Give the potatoes a good scrub under cold water then dry well with a paper towel.

Pierce the skin all over with a fork or sharp knife. This allows steam to escape the potato during the cooking process.
Drizzle the potatoes with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper, turning to cover,

Pre-heat your air fryer to 400°F/200°C. Once preheated, spray the basket with oil and then place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 45-50 minutes, flipping them at the halfway point.
