Ingredients

ml
| 1/2 cup chilled coconut water
or as needed to thin the smoothie
1/2
a small ripe mango
peeled and sliced
1/4
pineapple
peeled, cored and cut into cubes
juice of 1/2 orange
half an orange
peel on
small cube peeled ginger
1
tbsp
chia seeds
1
tsp
ground turmeric
3
mint leaves
handful ice cubes
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until liquidised.
Taste and add more coconut water to achieve the right consistency.
Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
