Prepare the glaze by mixing olive oil, mustard and honey. Pat the ham steaks (or gammon steaks) dry with paper towels and brush with the glaze on both sides. If you are cooking pineapple rings then brush them with the glaze as well.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Place the steaks and pineapple rings in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes for gammon steaks and 3-4 minutes for ham steaks.
Flip the steaks and pineapple over and brush with the glaze once more. If you are making eggs you can mist two silicone molds with cooking spray and add them to the air fryer on top of the ham.
Cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until gammon steaks register 145°F/ 63°C and 3-4 minutes for pre-cooked ham steaks 140°F/ 60°C. If cooking eggs, make sure the egg white is set before removing from the air fryer.
Serve with the egg, pineapple and chips (which you can also cook in the air fryer). Absolutely delicious!

Notes
Gammon steaks / Ham steaks – what’s the difference? Gammon steaks are uncooked whereas ham steaks are pre-cooked. Once gammon is cooked it becomes ham. So, for those in the back, uncooked ham steaks are called gammon steaks. Ham steaks cook quicker as you are basically reheating them.
I used my Cosori Air Fryer to test this recipe – Air Fryers are all a little bit different so you might need to adjust the cooking time slightly, if you use a different model to mine. Add 2-3 minutes to the cooking time until you are happy. An Instant Read Thermometer is the best way to determine optimum cooking time.
