1/2tspsweet paprika
1/2salt
Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and trim them so that they are all the same size. Brush them with olive oil on both sides. Season liberally with the spices / herbs.
Place the salmon fillets onto the Air Fryer basket, spaced slightly apart. Don’t crowd too many fillets at once, cook in batches if needed.
Cook for 5 minutes at 385°F (195°C) and check – they fillets should be crisp on the outside but still a tiny bit pink in the middle. The salmon is perfectly cooked when it flakes easily when prodded and the internal temperature is 120°F (48°C) if you are using wild salmon and 125°F (51°C) if you are using farmed salmon. Continue to cook for longer if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: The cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of your salmon as well as the brand of your air fryer. I would suggest you check your fillets after 4-5 minutes and cook up to 7-9 minutes.

Notes
I found that the salmon fillets can cook in as quickly as four minutes. The first time you make air fryer salmon you may have to do a test on one fillet to find the optimum cooking time. Bear in mind this will also depend on the size and thickness of the salmon, whether it is wild or farmed and on the type of Air Fryer model you use.
