Ingredients

generous scoops vanilla ice cream
5
ml
(1 tsp) pumpkin spice
optional

ml
(¼ cup) Baileys Original
60
ml
(¼ cup) whole milk
or as needed
Cool Whip
or canned whipped cream
chocolate sauce
to drizzle
Toppings (use your favorite combo)
mini donuts
mini cupcakes
cookies
marshmallows
Instructions
Place a glass or jam jar in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Prepare your decorations: thread donuts, small cupcakes, marshmallows and liquorice onto long skewers or thread through straws.
Put the ice cream, pumpkin spice, Baileys and a splash of milk in a blender.
Pulse to combine, adding more milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Pour into the chilled glass, filling ¾ of the way up.
Drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup around the glass rim.
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream and more chocolate/caramel sauce.
Decorate with your donuts etc. and serve immediately!
