300g| 10.5oz straight-to-wok egg noodleschilli flavoured if you prefer
200g| 7oz raw king prawnsor cooked ones to speed things up further!
200g| 7oz tinned cherry tomatoes in juiceor use fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
100g| 3.5oz chopped onionsfrozen or fresh
2tspminced garlicor frozen chopped garlice
1-2tspfrozen chopped red chilliesmore, or less to taste
1tspgrated gingeror use frozen or from a jar
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbsphot chilli sauceor ketchup
1tspsugaror sweetener
1-2tbspvegetable oilor low calorie cooking spray
Fresh basilpreferably Thai basil
Freshly ground pepper
Optional extras: sliced red and green pepperssugar snap peas, thinly sliced carrot
Instructions
Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok. Once the oil is hot, add the frozen onion, garlic, chilli and ginger. Fry, stirring continuously, for a minute.SLIMMING WORLD VERSION: use a low calorie cooking spray
Add the raw prawns and stir in the ketchup and sugar. Add the soy sauce and cherry tomatoes, stirring them in and breaking them up with your spoon. Cook for 3 minutes.
Once the prawns are mostly pink add the noodles and stir them in to coat in the sauce. Cook for another minute (or until the prawns are pink).
Serve with a sprinkling of fresh basil and a little freshly ground pepper.

Notes
For an almost Syn Free Slimming World version use low calorie cooking spray, dried noodles preferably and sweetener instead of sugar. A tablespoon of reduced sugar ketchup or hot chilli sauce is .5 Syns so negligible.
