Mango, pineapple, turmeric and orange smoothie

Mango, pineapple, turmeric and orange smoothie: this thirst-quenching drink is perfect for rehydrating after exercising.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml | 1/2 cup chilled coconut water or as needed to thin the smoothie
  • 1/2 a small ripe mango peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into cubes
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • half an orange peel on
  • small cube peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3 mint leaves
  • handful ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until liquidised.
  • Taste and add more coconut water to achieve the right consistency.
  • Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
