Mango, pineapple, turmeric and orange smoothie
Mango, pineapple, turmeric and orange smoothie: this thirst-quenching drink is perfect for rehydrating after exercising.

- 120 ml | 1/2 cup chilled coconut water or as needed to thin the smoothie
- 1/2 a small ripe mango peeled and sliced
- 1/4 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into cubes
- juice of 1/2 orange
- half an orange peel on
- small cube peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 3 mint leaves
- handful ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until liquidised.
Taste and add more coconut water to achieve the right consistency.
Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
