#CookBlogShare round up 16-23 June

Week 3 of #CookBlogShare – times sure flies past! I think the linky is definitely hitting its stride judging from the fabulous entries this past week. I really am impressed with the weird* (Coconut Chickpea Chocolate cake from Chocklette *not really weird if you read the recipe) and the wonderful Cá Phê Dá Coffee Cheesecake from Sophie Loves Food, these mouthwatering pancakes from The Cake Hunter. I have had a really hard time picking just three recipes to highlight. You can see all the recipes pinned on the #CookBlogShare Pinterest Board and on Google+.

Magda's Apricot Yogurt cake caught my eye as it looks so fresh, easy and seasonal. I can see it working with other fruit too and maybe a little lightly whipped cream on the side (note to self: do not write the round up when hungry). Check out her fab blog Magda's Cauldron.

Look at these sandwich skewers from Ciara of My Fussy Eater. I guess the clue is in her blog title and having survived not one but two fussy eaters I think this is a brilliant idea. Older kids could try helping out make these and they would be perfect for parties and picnics too.

Last but not least we have a fabulous Chocolate Strawberry Pavlova from the lovely Elisabeth of Elisabeth's Kitchen Diary. I do believe she mentioned this is her very first pavlova – bet it didn't last very long! Check out the rhubarb saffron sugar as well – I so want to crunch on some right about now...

Directly below is a brand new #CookBlogShare ‘linky’ ready for you to add any recipe posts you would like to share. All recipes and food bloggers are welcome. There's no theme to follow and you can link any recipe sweet or savoury, old or new. All I ask is that you display the badge and link back to this post.
